About Me
I’m Louise Reimer, creator of Flowing Into Indigo. I come to coaching with a background in library leadership and Human Resources, where I’ve spent years supporting individuals and teams through growth, change, and complexity. A consistent thread in my work is a human-centred approach—creating environments where people feel supported, respected and valued.
That’s what led me to coaching. Over time, I found myself drawn less to providing answers and more to creating space—space for people to pause, reflect, and find their own clarity. I’m genuinely curious about how people make sense of their experiences, how they learn and evolve, and what helps them move forward in ways that are aligned with their values.
I bring a calm, grounded presence to our conversations, along with curiosity and respect for your unique perspective. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, thoughtfully challenged, and supported in discovering your own path forward.
Credentials: B.A. (Hons.) (Winnipeg), MLIS (Western), Certificate in Human Resources (Calgary), Certified Workplace Fairness Analyst and Certified Workplace Restoration Practitioner (Workplace Fairness International), Workplace Coaching Certificate (International Coach Academy), ACC Level Coaching Candidate (International Coaching Federation)

About Flowing Into Indigo
The name “Flowing Into Indigo” was inspired by Celia Berrell’s poem of the same name and the wisdom of Ken Low (Human Venture Leadership) who pioneered the term “blue water leadership” for leaders who go bravely into deep and uncharted depths.
